The Lakers will take on lowly Charlotte Bobcats tonight, and Pau Gasol and Luke Walton will both sit out a second consecutive game. For Gasol it's a tweaked back and Walton is out with a minor hamstring strain. Lamar Odom, however, is dressed and will play.
Lamar Odom limped to the locker room at halftime of the preseason game in Vegas Thursday night after getting kicked in the right shin by Sacramento's Jon Brockman. When LO tried to enter the game in the 2nd half, he was clearly in pain and went to the locker room. The Lakers called it a "contusion of the lower right leg" and listed him as day-to-day, but he's dressed and looks fine here at Staple's tonight.
UPDATE: Lamar was dressed earlier, but he's not on the floor now. Odom is a late scratch, telling Phil that he's not right. Could be available for tomorrow's game against the Clippers or Utah.
Blake is amazing athlete, especially his dunks. Love NBA.
