On Wednesday, Dodger 3B Casey Blake joined us on the Mason & Ireland Show. The subject of Jeff Kent is endlessly fascinating. It is so clear that Dodger players don't like him. Listen to this conversation when I ask Casey, "What do you think of Jeff Kent?" Very awkward, but totally honest.
Key words, "He's been great", "offers advice and words of wisdom" There it is. There's always going to be confrontation when two players, TWO!, not Kent alone, when two players decide to make a confrontation. Kent offered advice to Blake with that not having to be Jeff Kent's place, he doesn't have too, but he does it anyway. Jeff Kent is ok in my book. He's a straight shooter, he doesn't feel like he has to perform around anyone, he's just being himself, comfortable in his won skin, and isn't friends with everyone he meets and thats just fine. He's a family man, we've seen it, in business with his father, and he loves his kids. Plus, one heck of a player. Also, way to go on rejecting gay marriage Kent. GO JEFF KENT!!!
